Navdrishti is dedicated to initiatives concerning the environment, forests, wildlife, biodiversity, marginalized communities, women, elementary education, and urban issues, and is actively working towards the comprehensive development of society.

WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT PLAN

        1. Navdrishti prepares Wildlife Management Plan for famous wildlife sanctuaries of Jharkhand e.g. Dalma Wildlife Sanctuary, Hazaribagh Wildlife Sanctuary, Parsnath Wildlife Sanctuary.
        2. We prepared Microplan for betterment of villagers of “VALMIKI TIGER RESERVE” Bihar.
        3. We did several works in “Palamu Tiger Reserve” and the counts are increasing with time.

We have made substantial contributions in various domains, including Joint Forest Management, Forest Resource Survey, Working Plan, Microplan, Perspective Plans, Socio-economic Studies, Research & Studies, Carbon Pool Assessment, and more. Our footprint can be observed in several Forest Divisions, and our unwavering journey in these endeavors continues.

2. BIODIVERSITY

Navdrishti is getting ample opportunity to work in the field of biodiversity. We have done many important projects in this field with Chhattisgarh, Bihar and Jharkhand State Biodiversity Board and this journey has just started.

Navdrishti has conducted a Socio Impact Assessment for numerous projects in the districts mentioned within a brief timeframe, and the relentless journey continues.

4. WOMEN EMPOWERMENT

We strongly believe that without women empowerment, society cannot be empowered nor can a healthy and educated society be envisaged. Therefore, we are continuously working in this field since our inception through Self Help Group, Capacity building and skill development.

5. WORKING FOR DESITUTE

Over the years and with the implementation of various social reforms, there has been no change in the condition of the destitute and a sustainable and all-round development cannot be dreamed without changing their social and economic circumstances. From time to time, various training programs are organized by our organization for this purpose.

6. TRIBAL UPLIFTMENT

India is a country of various traditions and cultures, with many tribes inhabiting the interior areas. In particular, Jharkhand is home to a number of tribes which form an important part of the society and constitute a large part of the population. These people are not only cut off from urbanization but are still far from the reach of government policies and perks. Through our programs, we try to convey them about various programs being run by the government. In this context, we have so far organizes programs in more than 770 gram Panchayat of Jharhand and Chhattisgarh state.

7. RURAL ENTERPNUERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

As we all know that government policies are not sufficient to generate the required amount of employment opportunities. Thus, self-employment is the only way that has a potential to fill this gap. Rural entrepreneurship development programs have the ability to develop an attitude and skill for entrepreneurship. This sector has a large arena and still most of its parts are unexplored. Thus we have taken a small initiative in this field through organic farming, value addition, skill development and capacity building.

8. LIVELIHOOD PROMOTION

Economic freedom is the only weapon to fight various problems such as poverty, unemployment, social exploitation, etc. Thus, to provide economic freedom to the people we conduct various programs of skill development and livelihood promotion on a continuous level.

9. RESOURCE SUPPORT

Navdrishti furnished with an experienced, hardworking, well-equipped team. The team is very enthusiastic and dedicated towards the motto of the organization and doing resource support to many agencies in relevant field.
